What is a Tuning box?

A Tuning box is a plug in module which is connected to your car usually at the fuel pump or engine ECU.

How a Tuning box works.

​

The TDI Tuningbox connects between the original computer and the injection system of your car. The TDI Tuningbox intercepts the data coming from the original unit, recomputes and optimises the data before sending the modified parameters to the pump.

Our new 2 and 3 Channel Tuning boxes can also alter Turbo boost parameters directly, improving performance even further.

The Tuning box can be removed from the vehicle at any time, and vehicle is then returned to standard tune.

New Petrol Tuning Boxes

New to the market are Petrol Tuning boxes. These are suitable for the newer direct injection (ie. FSI, TFSI) model cars.
